Thanks to all who came out to support our first ever Pancake Breakfast. We came prepared with 5 huge bags of pancake mix, 20 pounds of bacon, whipped cream, chocolate chips, syrup, coffee, tea, juice, and more.

Well, we ran out of bacon and everyone left full and happy.

Little Louie - 3rd Annual Walk

Thank you to all who made it out to our Third Annual Little Louie Walk. The weather was cold and slightly wet, but with the help of some great company and two blazing fires, the day turned into another success.

Dressed in sweatshirts, jackets, pants, and even gloves... over 25 families ventured out to show their support for our foundation. Board President Pat Cuomo gave a welcome address which concluded with a blessing by Pastor Matt. Following the blessing, families walked/jogged the scenic 2.5 mile trails at Joseph Bryan Park in Richmond, VA. After warming up on the trails, families spent some time bidding on the many items that were graciously donated by our local businesses, families and churches. The fires on either side of the silent auction kept the competition warm as the bidding began. Although the tension mounted towards the end of the auction, everyone left with a smile.

Our walk was put together with the help of our Little Louie Board and headed up by Laura and Erin. Their tireless effort to collect donations and organize the event made this day a great success.

It is because of supporters like you that we are able to continue our mission of helping families of children diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor as well as finding a cure for brain cancer through scientific research.

LLF Raises Awareness

It was back to school night at Redeemer Preschool and the Little Louie Foundation was raising awareness for its mission and goals. The preschool has been an active supporter of the LLF for the past few years and their commitment to the foundation allows us to raise awareness to hundreds of families each year.

T-shirts were sold and all proceeds went to the foundation. We raised over $200 and presented our mission and goals to all parents.

Thanks to Erin for speaking on our behalf.
